Dining

bellChef Sarah Lydick creates mouth-watering gourmet meals that greatly enhance the Sandscrest experience. Prior to her time at Sandscrest, Sarah studied fine cuisine in Paris for one year, followed by an internship at The French Laundry in California, before becoming the private chef for a Pittsburgh family. Since becoming Director of Sandscrest in 2005, Sarah’s culinary skills have become one of Sandscrest’s biggest assets.

Visitors may enjoy private meals and meetings in the beautiful and gracious setting of Sandscrest Conference and Retreat Center. The spacious dining rooms, living room and sun porch of the original 1852 home and adjacent Campbell Hall conference facility are available for your group. A delicious luncheon with dessert or a three-course dinner is included in this package, and upon booking you may discuss your menu with the chef. Snacks for your meeting and an evening reception are available for an additional charge.
